   All three Latin files carry ₹ (U+20B9) and the tnum feature. The Devanagari file keeps
   the HIN and MAR locl forms. It is attached only to the display faces, so Devanagari in a
   utility label falls through to Mukta, which is the rule anyway.

   The Latin cuts leave out the middle dot (U+00B7): their kerning draws it hard against the next word ("Today ·Sat"),
   so "·" falls through to the next face in the stack, which spaces it evenly.
