For pumps
Read it like the shift register. Each line says whether it works today or is still coming.
The manager sets diesel and petrol once. Every slip after that uses them, and older slips keep the rate they were sold at, so no bill ever changes behind your back. A change can be set ahead too: tomorrow's rate, from 6 am.
Pick the transporter, tap the truck's number plate, type litres or a fixed rupee amount. The amount shows as you type. No network in the pump office? It saves on the phone and sends itself later, never twice.

Billy's AI reads only your outlet's records and counts every figure from them; it never makes one up. Anything it drafts stays marked Draft until a person confirms it.
One thing to look at. Diesel tank 2 reads 140 L below the meters since the 6 am dip; it usually stays within 40 L. Recheck the dip, or look at nozzle 3.
Facts, not suspicions, and only to the owner. A manager who feels watched stops entering data.

In the owner's own language. Billy says "All well" only when every check has its data. If the slips aren't all in, it says "Not all in yet", and how many are missing.
When a fortnight closes, Billy prepares a bill for every customer with slips in it. The manager checks the drafts and makes them in one tap. A wrong bill is cancelled and kept in history, never deleted.
Your name leads, in your oil company's colours. The summary box says what is owed and why, and the UPI QR pays you directly, for the exact amount.

Your data is yours. Billy has to read your records to answer your questions, so it does not pretend it can't. Here is what it promises, and how each promise is kept.

The connector sees only what your Billy login can see, and you can remove it any time in Billy's Settings.
